  • I will only use the information provided for the purpose in which it is intended (i.e. In order to respond to an enquiry from a visitor to my site who has completed the contact me form on my website)

  • Access to this information is limited to Neelie Wicks who requires that information to provide a response to the contents of a contact me form submitted via the web
  • Personal information is only taken from that provided by the visitor via the contact me form and is used solely to respond to the visitor’s communication/enquiry

I do not collect any personal data about you on this website, apart from information which you volunteer. This personal information may include:

  • Any other personal data relating to you that you provide to me in connection to your communication/enquiry

Retention of personal data

I will not hold your personal data for longer than is necessary. I retain your personal data for as long as needed to adequately respond to your communication/enquiry, or to comply with our obligations under applicable law and, if relevant, to deal with any claim or dispute that might arise between you and me.

When you visit my website, the following information is retained about that visit:

I will make no attempt to identify individual visitors, or to associate the technical details listed above with any individual. Technical information will never be disclosed in respect of individual website visitors to any third party (apart from our internet service provider, which records such data on our behalf and which is bound by confidentiality provisions in this regard), unless obliged to disclose such information by law.

The technical information will be used only for statistical and other administrative purposes.

My lawful bases for using personal information to communicate with website visitors is to reply to an email communication from them, following their visit to my website and their submission of a communication/enquiry form to me.

Information retention

Email addresses and names will be kept for the duration of any resulting communication with the website visitor and Neelie Wicks. These details will not be stored in any data retrieval system.
